Auditoro is a website auditing platform that provides automated scanning and reporting for website quality, SEO, accessibility, performance, and security. The Service includes features such as on-demand and scheduled scans, issue detection, health scoring, and email notifications.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Auditoro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

You retain ownership of the websites you scan and any content therein. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access and scan your websites solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the Service are available on a subscription basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Auditoro, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Delaware.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
